This project will be presented by \;WAYRA is trying to achieve a significant impact on the economy of the countries where it operates. That is why Telefónica has established WAYRA A cademy in the region’s main centres. Bratislava is selected in Slovakia as there is the highest concentration of technology\, universities and digital companies.
Phase 1: Call
The purpose of a Cal
l is to invite Slovak entrepreneurs with projects within the scope described
above that are interested in accelerating their projects in the WAYRA envir
onment.
WAYRA will select the projects it freely and unilaterally deems
to be the most interesting as new business ideas with solid content in term
s of innovation and use of new technologies in connection with digital commu
nications\, and will deploy them within its sphere of influence. Growth poten
tial\, solidity of the business model and rapid deployment will also be seen
as major advantages within bids.
The Call is open to any individual or
legal entity (whether national or foreign with a valid work permit and resid
ent in Slovakia that has the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
\, and has defined a business proposal within the context of digital communic
ations.
